Method
Drop a large cube into a rocks glass, pour the cognac and amaretto straight over it and stir briefly to chill.
About this drink
Two ingredients in equal measure, the almond and vanilla of amaretto sitting under the cognac; no technique required. The name is taken from the 1971 film, and the drink rode the liqueur boom of the 1970s.
