Method

Drop a large cube into a rocks glass, pour in the whiskey and amaretto and stir a few times.

About this drink

Two ingredients in equal measure, with the amaretto deciding how sweet the glass is; cut it back and the drink turns dry. The name comes from the 1972 film, and the vodka version is called the Godmother.
