Lemon Drop Martini檸檬球馬丁尼

- Triple Sec20 ml
- Lemon Juice15 ml

Method
Rim the glass with sugar. Shake the citron vodka, triple sec and lemon juice with ice, strain into the glass and twist a strip of lemon peel over the top.
About this drink
Accounts place it in 1970s San Francisco, at Norman Jay Hobday's bar Henry Africa's, and name it after the lemon boiled sweet it tastes of. The sugared rim is its signature.
