Method
Pour chilled sparkling wine into a flute, then build in the orange juice slowly. No stirring is needed.
About this drink
It is usually credited to Frank Meier at the Ritz bar in Paris in the mid-1920s, named for the colour of the mimosa flower. London's Buck's Club had the near-identical Buck's Fizz a few years earlier; only the proportions differ.
