Mint Julep薄荷朱利普
Ingredients
- Whiskey60 ml
- White Sugar1 teaspoon
- Water2 teaspoon
- Mint Leavessome

Method
Dissolve the sugar in water in a julep cup, muddle the mint leaves lightly to release their oil, then build with the whiskey and packed crushed ice and stir until the cup frosts. Finish with a generous bunch of mint.
About this drink
An old drink of the American South, in print by the early nineteenth century and first made with brandy or rum before bourbon settled in. It has been the official drink of the Kentucky Derby since 1938; the frosted cup and crushed ice are its signature.
