- Dom Benedictine Liqueur15 ml

- Grenadine Syrup15 ml

Served
Method
Shake everything except the soda with ice and strain into an ice-filled tall glass. Top with soda, stir once, and garnish with a lemon wheel and a cherry.
About this drink
A sling was originally no more than spirit, sugar and water; citrus and soda made it long and cooling. This one takes its name from Raffles Hotel in Singapore and the year 1915, and shares its ancestry with the Singapore Sling. No original recipe survives, and accounts differ.
